Renee Lindquist Yoga instructor,serving Stillwater , Minneapolis, St.Paul MN, and surrounding communities as well as Hudson, WI. Classes, Workshops, Seminars, and Senior Chair yoga. Renee has studied under Darren Main and Rodney Yee. Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Yoga also offered.
Renee teaches the individual student within the classroom, resulting in personal attention and hands-on instruction. She begins with the breath, grace for self and others, and guides students in building their Yoga Practice.
Renee has taught students ranging in age from 4 to 83.
